does ULTA rate professional makeup artists or do they just train people to apply the makeup? Does anyone be versed from experience what the pay is like?

I be familiar with that they train their employees to to apply the makeup with the specific styles of brushes etc. I know that from having my makeup done there before. I asked about their training.

As to pay, I would expect the typical retail pay ~7.50/hr.

Those two salon or any other salon recommended. Im planning to highlight my skin of one's teeth and perm wave it. Please help thank you.

You do cotton on to that both Salons in ALL States have different Hairstylists. Some do a good job, and some do a horrible job. The Salon can't determine on whether your plaits comes out good or bad. So, The people you ask online will tell you THEIR experiences in THEIR Area. Not yours.
